I brought my 2023 Audi in for repair after a collision. I was charged a significant amount of money for what turned out to be the worst body shop experience I've ever had. I had to bring the car back seven times, which was incredibly frustrating — I need my car for work and everyday errands, and each time I had to Uber back one way. That's not even counting the hours wasted and the work time I lost dealing with this. The car is brand new, yet the driver's side window doesn't close fully. Rain doesn't get in, but I hear a constant whooshing/wind noise, which is very annoying. The plastic interior handle near the window buttons was installed poorly, leaving a noticeably wide gap between the panel and the door. Initially, the door wouldn't even close properly — I had to lift it slightly and force it shut. On top of that, the paint on the rear driver's side door is already peeling. It looks like they used a cheap aftermarket paint rather than the genuine finish. I texted the owner, Yossi, several times about these issues. He was friendly and responsive before I brought the car in, but once I drove off and noticed all these problems at home, he stopped responding to my texts entirely

Jossi and pascal were amazing treated me like family and above all was able to get the job done. Definitely amazing experience from service standpoint truthful and fair pricing

I chose this place after doing some research, as I always prioritize businesses with strong reviews and positive customer feedback. While I was initially hopeful based on what others had shared, my experience, unfortunately, fell short in some key areas. On a positive note, the customer service was great — I truly appreciated how accommodating the staff were. They managed to squeeze me in on short notice and had me in and out quickly, which I value. The team was courteous and efficient, which made the check-in process smooth. However, I’m disappointed with the actual maintenance service. I came in for a tire change and an alignment. After leaving, I noticed that one of my rims had been scratched — the black paint had been noticeably scraped off during the tire change. Additionally, my car still shakes when I reach around 60mph, which leads me to believe the alignment issue wasn’t fully resolved. Admittedly, I should have checked more thoroughly before leaving the lot, but these are details I wouldn’t have expected to be overlooked by a professional shop. Overall, while I’m grateful for the prompt service and friendly staff, the quality of the maintenance work didn’t meet my expe

I called today early this morning and they had an appointment available for an alignment on my 2021 Cadillac Escalade. I got new tires mounted on and needed an alignment so luckily I found these guys. Service was great. The staff is very friendly. Yossi took care of the alignment. I will be making another appointment soon. Highly recommend these guys. Update: brought in my 2007 trailblazer ss after making an appointment with Adriana on the phone. She is the friendly receptionist at the front desk. Again Yossi and his team did a great job at a great price. Fast friendly service everytime.
